Every BHAGALPORE stole is handwoven in Bhagalpur, Bihar, and shipped from there to you, wherever you are.

Dispatch Time

In-stock pieces (the numbered pieces shown in our Collection) are dispatched within 2 business days of your order being confirmed.
Commissioned pieces are woven to order; weaving takes 5–10 days depending on the design, after which the piece is dispatched.

Courier & Transit Time

We ship via DHL Express, insured, with full customs documentation. Once dispatched, transit is typically 2–3 business days to most destinations worldwide. You will receive a tracking number by email the day your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is included in the listed price of every piece — there is no separate shipping charge at checkout, anywhere in the world. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes in your country are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the item price.
