You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Email hello@bhagalpore.com with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, as your piece — one of a very small, numbered batch — is already on its way to you. If there is a problem with the item on arrival, see our Refunds Policy.
For a commissioned (made-to-order) stole, cancellation is free within 24 hours of placing the order. After weaving has begun, the commission cannot be cancelled, as the silk and the weaver's time have already been committed to your piece.
